The series is presented as a gift to the community, showcasing the remarkable acoustics and instruments of First Presbyterian Church.

Piano Quartets by Mozart & Brahms

Music on Park Street presents piano quartets by Mozart and Brahms. Pianist Jeremy Thompson will be joined by violinist Audrey Gray, violist Danielle Wiebe Burke and cellist Schuyler Slack for a performance of two major piano quartets. Mozart's piano quartet is among the earliest examples of the genre, and is full of elegance and brilliance. Brahms' quartet was composed when he was 28 years old, and is an ambitious composition full of Romantic intensity and virtuosity.
Admission is free and donations are gratefully accepted.
