Throughout the month of August, First Pres will support our mission partner The Haven through its Stock the Shelter Drive. This effort helps replenish everyday essentials for neighbors experiencing homelessness, especially during the summer months when showers, laundry, and personal care needs increase.

As more guests rely on these daily services, The Haven’s supply closet can run low quickly. Donations help restock essential items that provide comfort, dignity, and basic care. Items of highest need include travel-sized soap, body wash, shampoo, also new men’s and women’s underwear in sizes M-3XL, towels, and washcloths.

You can participate by sending items directly to The Haven through their Amazon wish list or by bringing donations to First Pres. A collection box will be located outside the church office front desk.
