Join us for a festive evening as we prepare the church for the Advent season!

Dinner will be served at 5:00pm with homemade soups and bread, plus mac & cheese for the kids. We are looking for four volunteers to make crock-pot soups to share—show off a family recipe or your favorite soup and contact Maggie Kleinot if you can provide.

After dinner, we’ll deck the halls together by fluffing, ribboning, and hanging wreaths; creating windowsill arrangements; hanging garlands; decorating Christmas trees; and placing nativity scenes throughout the church. Children are welcome to help decorate with their families, and we’ll also have ornament painting, coffee filter angel-making, and candy cane beading available.

Once the decorating is complete, we’ll gather in the Sanctuary for carols and a brief time of worship to welcome the season. Afterward, families with young children may pick up a special Advent gift to enjoy at home. We look forward to sharing this joyful evening of preparation and fellowship with you!
