Abundant Life Ministries, a valued mission partner, invests in students through structured, weekly tutoring and mentoring. There are two tutoring programs that happen Monday-Thursday: one for elementary aged students at Tall Oaks Elementary from 2:30-4:15pm and one for middle school aged students at Charlottesville Middle School from 3:30-5:00pm.

Both programs are 1:1 tutoring where the tutoring coordinator is pairing students with tutors each day with the goal being that the tutor is working with the same student each week.

The onboarding process for all new volunteers includes an orientation/training led by one of our coordinators who will share all about Abundant Life and the reason behind what we do, but also any and all information that a new volunteer should know going into the program!
