Alicia Frye

Alicia recently retired from Virginia public schools after 37 years in education, teaching children from birth through fifth grade. She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Child Psychology and Special Education from Old Dominion University and a Master of Education from Cambridge University. Alicia holds numerous certifications, including dual certification in Early Childhood General Education and Special Education, and has also volunteered in a variety of educational and caregiving settings with children of many ages.

Alicia and her husband have three adult sons and share their home with four cats and two miniature bulls. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, photography, puzzles, and traveling—especially discovering new and unusual places.
